They hustle and give great service. Or they don't work here very long.
- Greet them with a warm, sincere smile. A smile goes a long way.
- 'Ask' instead of 'Order' or 'Demand'.
- Look them in the eye and say 'Thank You' like you mean it.
- A good tip. Tips are how these folks make a living.
